I think this is one of the most unique Vanessa builds I have made. I had a golden shovel that dug up the metronome and the soul ring. I had 100 base regen and nearly 8k HP from the tropical island loot that also fed my cove.

The low CD on the cove kept the dock lines hasted via the metronome, which in turn constantly amped my regen via the island, in turn boosting the poison in the soul ring.
