All Tamagotchi Plaza shops and minigames

0

Tamagotchi Plaza, much like the Tamagotchi video games before it, is all about working diligently at various Tamagotchi-managed shops and upgrading their ranks. These shops, which include a Gym, Dentist, and Tailor Shop to name a few, feature various minigames for you to take part in to determine a customer’s overall experience.

Successful shops can be upgraded to grow in size and unlock more features, and with enough upgrades, Tamahiko Town will be well on its way to hosting the Tamagotchi Fest. To help you with that, here are all the shops and minigames in Tamagotchi Plaza, and how they work.

All Tamagotchi Plaza shops and minigames

Tamagotchi Plaza starts with ten different shops for you to work at, with the intention of eventually raising the ranks of these shops to Royal rank (that’s four out of four stars). That requires a lot of work, and a lot of Gotchi (in-game money), so prepare to be working long hours at the Galette Shop or Manga Shop while you do this.

The first ten shops you will have unlocked once you begin the game, and the mini-games you’ll take part in at them, are as follows:

Dentist

The Dentist, run by Mametchi, is a returning fan-favourite game in Tamagotchi Plaza. In this minigame, you’ll be cleaning up Tamagotchis’ mouths by drilling away at and disposing of cavities, providing fillings, and even fitting braces.

This particular minigame can also be played two-player in local multiplayer.

Afternoon Tea Shop

The Afternoon Tea Shop is run by the adorable Milktchi in Tamagotchi Plaza, and sees you decorating tables for customers so they can enjoy a spot of afternoon tea with one another. This means laying out their requested drinks and desserts, while also kitting their table out with suitable decorations.

Tailor Shop

The Tailor Shop, run by Neliatchi (who is quite literally Pokemon’s Shaymin in Tamagotchi form) in Tamagotchi Plaza, sees you stitching together and adorning Tamagotchi in clothing that they have requested.

You’ll be given a reference image for the item of clothing your customer wants, and it’ll then be your job to use the tools at your disposal to replicate it.

Bicycle Shop

The Bicycle Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza is run by Unimarutchi, and works surprisingly similarly to the aforementioned Tailor Shop. Tamagotchis will visit and request that you fix or upgrade their bicycles, and you then must use the reference image that they have provided to do just that.

This means fixing tyre punctures, spray-painting bike frames, replacing broken handlebars and more.

The player draws a manga comic for Debatchi in Tamagotchi Plaza

Manga Shop

The Manga Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza is led by Mimitchi, and features one of the trickier minigames available. Here, customers will request a specific type of manga they want to read, detailing a setting, scenario, and sometimes a specific Tamagotchi they wish to appear.

It then becomes your job to design two manga panels that fit the customer’s requests, and this can be quite tricky. In my experience, making sure you have an appropriate background and props is very important, but also ensure two or three Tamagotchi are featured.

Eyewear Shop

The Eyewear Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza is led by curly-haired fashionista Memetchi, and tasks you with designing new glasses for your Tamagotchi customers.

Tamagotchi will visit with a request for the type of glasses they want, and it’s then up to you to meet those requirements. This means picking the correct shape and style of glasses, the correct lens type, and grinding their lenses down (but not too much!).

The player can be seen serving customers at The Night Pool in Tamagotchi Plaza

The Night Pool

The Night Pool run by Bubbletchi in Tamagotchi Plaza is a unique shop that provides pool parties for its customers. Here, Tamagotchi will visit the pool in groups, and you’ll be tasked with hosting them and keeping them happy for the night.

This means catering to the requests they have throughout the party by making them the correct drinks and delivering various items – such as pool floaties – to them whenever they ask.

The player serves Guriguritchi a galette in the Galette Shop in Tamagotchi Plaza

Galette Shop

The Galette Shop is where Tamagotchi Plaza meets Cooking Mama, and is run by the lovable Kuchipatchi. When Tamagotchi pay a visit to this shop, they’ll request a specific type of galette and provide a reference image.

You must then choose the appropriate batter, toppings, seasonings, and more to ensure the customer walks away happy and hands over their hard-earned Gotchi. Honestly, this is without a doubt my favourite shop.

Unimarutchi and Mimitchi can be seen rap battling one another at the Rap Battle Venue in Tamagotchi Plaza

Rap Battle Venue

The Rap Battle Venue managed by Hypertchi in Tamagotchi Plaza is one of my least favourite shops, honestly. In this venue, you’ll take part in a basic rhythm game, pressing specific buttons in time with the music in the hopes of entertaining your paying customer.

If your Vice Chairperson (the Tamagotchi who performs on your behalf), has flames around them and sparks of electricity, you’re doing well.

This particular minigame can also be played two-player in local multiplayer.

Neliatchi can be seen working out at the Gym in Tamagotchi Plaza

Personal Training Gym

The Personal Training Gym in Tamagotchi Plaza has you working alongside Shykutchi to deliver workouts to various Tamagotchi. This features a simple mini-game that has you pressing specific buttons at varying speeds for 30 seconds.

If the Tamagotchi you’re serving says they can keep going, you can speed up, but if they begin to struggle and sweat, you should slow down. If the Tamagotchi is sparkling while you complete their workout, you’re on the right track!

All Tamagotchi Plaza secret shops and minigames

Once you have helped out at each of your original Tamagotchi Plaza shops, you’ll then be able to unlock some more shops to work at, and there’s even more to unlock following this if you then upgrade all of your shops to Metchi level (level two). These shops and how to unlock them are as follows:

  • Sushi Shop and Shuriken Shop: these two shops unlock simultaneously. Play the minigames at all ten shops, then visit the road between your house and the gym.
  • The Afternoon Pool: after raising all shops to Metchi level, and raising The Night Pool and Afternoon Tea Shop to Gotchi level, visit your house.
  • Glasses Galette Shop: after raising all shops to Metchi level, and raising the Eyewear Shop and Galette Shop to Gotchi level, visit your house.
  • Sushi Shuriken Shop: not yet known. We’ll update this page when we know more.

If you want to know exactly how to unlock the above shops, here’s our guide on how to unlock all Tamagotchi Plaza secret shops.
