Finding Genshin Impact’s Moonfall Silver locations is a rather less arduous ordeal than HoYoverse put folks through with other character materials. These local specialties, unique to Nod-Krai, only show up on one island, and while there are a lot of them, the locations are clustered comparatively close together. Scooping them up should fit easily into your normal routine without taking too much time.

Where to find Moonfall Silver locations in Genshin Impact
Moonfall Silver is a Nod-Krai local specialty, and it only appears on Hiisi Island. That’s the broad name for the group of landmasses west of Nasha Town, the area bathed in moonlight where the grass grows purple. They’re scattered around the Frostmoon Enclave, with approximately a dozen or so underground, in the tunnel where you start the Crab Tsar world quest.
You’ll also find some on the northwestern side of the island and another small cluster of Moonlight Silver on the beach to the west of Frostmoon Enclave.
The third selection of Moonlight Silver is around the teleport waypoint to the northwest, though the final one is a bit more out of the way. Enter a cave on the small island at the far end of Nod-Krai’s current map (current, as of Luna I), and you’ll find about a dozen or more Moonfall Silver pieces inside.
Best Moonfall Silver farming routes in Genshin Impact
Almost every grouping of Moonfall Silver is near a waypoint of some sort, which makes farming faster and more convenient than usual. Start from the waypoint outside the Frostmoon Enclave, and gather all the Moonfall Silver there before moving to the tunnel to the west. Use the waypoint just above it if you want to cut down even more time, and then after gathering the silver, warp back to that waypoint to make your way west to the beach.
Start back at Frostmoon Enclave again, and then travel northwest along the road, gathering Moonfall Silver as you go. Teleport to the waypoint across the water to gather the silver there before teleporting to the domain to the southwest and making your way to the island cave.
And there you have it, your Genshin Impact Moonfall Silver farming route. As of Luna I, only Lauma needs Moonfire Silver, but it’ll likely show up in other characters’ ascension material requirements as HoYoverse adds to the Nod-Krai roster.
