Choose the right civilization
Each civilization has unique strengths. Some are better for aggressive play, while others excel at defense or resource management. I recommend either chinese or japanese for better resource income.
Focus on your economy
Early game success is built on a strong economy. Gather food, wood, stone, and gold efficiently to enable faster building and unit training. A solid economy will give you an edge later. Focus on bigger lvls resource farms, since they have more storage.
Use your boosts!
The game gives you lot of boost, resource packs and stuff. Don’t overkeep it, they are really helpful in early game so go use them and increase your total power faster!
Join an alliance
Teaming up with other players in alliances provides valuable benefits, such as resource sharing, protection, and coordinated attacks. Allies can be crucial for success in large-scale battles. Dont forget to place your citadel next to the Alliance Castle to be protected.
Match heroes stats wisely
Heroes are powerful units with special abilities that can turn the tide of battle. Combine them in order to get maxed benefits (archers with archers or warrior with warriors or counter attack with counterattack).
Leverage terrain and weather
Many newbies, such as myself, didnt notice about the weather game changer. The battlefield’s terrain and weather conditions affect combat, such as resource income. Position your troops strategically to take advantage of higher ground or favorable weather to gain an upper hand.
Experiment with strategies
This game is about strategic flexibility. Don’t be afraid to try different tactics and adjust them based on the challenges you face, whether it’s in battle or in managing your empire. I started using some heroes that nowadays i don’t even use. Is part of the evolution.
Additional info
In addition, change your civ when you already stablished a good resource income. In my case i went Roman Empire since i prefered focus in pikemen and better villager production in buildings
Also, if you are interested in buying any offer, go for Mulan or Leonidas one, best in my opinion.
