A good Honkai Star Rail Hyacine build is easier to put together than you might think, as long as you don’t mind missing out on some of her built-in bonuses. Hyacine has exceptionally high speed requirements for one of her passive Traces to work, though her healing output and general usefulness are high on their own, even without activating that bonus ability.
Our Honkai Star Rail Hyacine build guide lists her best Light Cone and Relic options, with Hyacine team recommendations and tier list palcement as well.

Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Light Cones
Hyacine is in a bit of a weird place with Light Cones, as she’s the only Remembrance healer and a support unit whose stats aren’t attack-oriented, unlike the Remembrance Trailblazer’s. Hyacine needs speed and a good amount of HP, which means she only has two viable Light Cone options. Her signature, Long May Rainbows Adorn the Sky, is one of them. It increases the equipping character’s speed by 18 percent and augments Hyacine’s passive attack skill. When the wearer uses a basic attack, skill, or ultimate, they consume one percent of all allies’ current HP and deals one extra instance of the wearer’s attack equal to 250 percent of the amount of HP absorbed when the wearer’s memosprite acts. When the memosprite uses their skill, they apply a debuff for two turns that increases the damage all enemies take by 18 percent.
It’s basically a separate set of passive talents for Hyacine and makes hitting her high speed threshold much easier. However, there’s a free choice you can grab as well, Memory’s Curtain Never Falls, which comes from Herta’s store. This one increases the equipping character’s speed by six/12 percent and has a party-wide buff. When the equipping character uses their skill, which Hyacine will frequently do, all allies deal eight16 percent more damage for three turns. It’ll take a while to get enough copies of Memory’s Curtain to reach that high-end buff, but it’s still possible to do for free.
And that’s about it for Hyacine’s options. If you play her as a main DPS – not the best choice, but still a functional one – you could use the 3-star Reminiscence for a damage buff or Victory in a Blink, another free option, to boost Hyacine’s damage. Her first passive Trace gives her and her sprite a 100 percent crit rate boost, so the crit damage buff is a handy one for damage increases.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Relics
HSR 3.3 introduced a new Relic set designed for Hyacine, Warrior Goddess of Sun and Thunder.
- Two-piece effect: Increases speed by six percent
- Four-piece effect: When the wearer and their memosprite heal allies who aren’t themselves, the wearer gains the Gentle Rain effect. Gentle Rain lasts for two turns and increases the wearer’s speed by an additional six percent and all allies’ crit damage by 15 percent.
The four-piece effect makes it less desirable to mix Hackerspace and Sacerdos’ Lived Ordeal, since it grants the wearer a 12 percent total speed boost anyway. However, if you’re struggling to get a decent Warrior set and have good pieces from those sets, it’s worth putting them together so Hyacine still gets her speed boost.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine Ornaments
Hyacine’s best Ornament set is Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding. It increases the wearer’s speed by six percent, and when their speed is 135/180 or higher, their memosprite’s outgoing healing increases by 12/20 percent.
If Hyacine is on a team with another wind DPS, such as Anaxa or the upcoming Saber, you could use the Penacony, Land of the Dreams set, as it rases the wearer’s energy regeneration and boosts damage by allies whose element matches the wearer’s by 10 percent. Hyacine has a lot of built-in effect resistance as well, making her a strong candidate for Broken Keel, which buffs crit damage for all allies when the wearer’s effect resistance is 30 percent or higher.
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine stats
Hyacine has some demanding stat needs if you want to get the most from her passive abilities. Her healing scales on HP, though she heals so frequently that even lower outgoing healing won’t cause too much trouble. Ideally, you want her HP around 4,500 to 5,000, which can be a slight struggle, since her signature Light Cone and best Relics do nothing for her HP needs.
Her other most important stat is speed, thanks to her third major Trace, Tempestuous Halt. When Hyacine’s speed is 200 or higher, her max HP and her memosprite’s max HP increase by 20 percent, and for every point that her speed exceeds 200, the pair’s outgoing healing rises by one percent to a maximum of 200. That’s not an easy threshold to reach, though there are ways you can make it work with certain teammates and a lot of luck with Relic stats.
Speaking of Relic stats, Hyacine’s scaling multipliers make it worth investing in outgoing healing over HP when you can, so bear that in mind for her set’s body piece.
- Chest: Outgoing healing or HP
- Feet: Speed
- Orb: HP
- Rope: Energy regeneration or HP
Honkai Star Rail Hyacine teams
Hyacine is an effective healer who can keep her allies healthy in the most demanding situations, though the frequency and volume of her healing make her a natural fit for Mydei and Castorice teams, or a team where both are present together. For example:
Hyacine alone is enough to keep Castorice’s ultimate charging constantly, but between her healing and Mydei’s self-destruction, Castorice’s dragon will almost never be off the field. If you need to split the pair up, though, Hyacine works as an excellent healer or support for either team – as Mydei’s minder or Castorice’s battery.
Tribbie is the most popular support character during the HSR 3.x patches, but Ruan Mei or Asta have more to offer for Hyacine in particular, since both can increase the party’s speed.
Hyacine’s sprite reacts when a party member loses HP, which means she’s also a strong companion for Blade, and her sprite’s frequent attack also make her a useful candidate for Feixiao and The Herta parties. Her signature Light Cone’s debuff has some thinking that she’d make a good fit for Acheron parties as well, though the debuff is infrequent enough to where it’s not a reliable source of ultimate charge for Acheron.
Hyacine’s F2P team is something like:
- Main DPS (which could be Hyacine)
- Remembrance Trailblazer
- Asta
- Secondary DPS or Tingyun if Hyacine is main DPS; main DPS if not
What tier is Hyacine in Honkai Star Rail?
Despite the outsized, strict requirements of Hyacine’s third major Trace, she’s comparatively easy to build and works just fine without getting her speed over 200. Her signature is overtuned, but she has an easy-to-obtain free Light Cone option, and the potency of her healing means she can work in any team while also providing a bit of damage support. Hyacine lands in the S-tier of our HSR tier list.
