FischFright 2025 is a limited-time in-game event in the popular Roblox experience Fisch, lasting between October 18th – November 3rd. During this time, there will be loads of different Halloween mini-games, quests, and collectibles to fill your bucket and show off to your friends.
As part of Roblox’s wider Halloween celebrations this year, many of the most popular games have Spotlight quests. They aren’t all that different from other in-game events, except for the fact that some of the currencies you earn can be redeemed for rewards that can be used across the whole platform.
The Fisch-exclusive rewards during FischFright are no slouch either, as completing both the Pumpkin King’s quests nets you the highly sought-after Bat Glider, among other exclusive goodies. Read on for full details of how to complete the Pumpkin King Spotlight quests in FischFright 2025.
Fisch Pumpkin King Quests
The Pumpkin King NPC can be found in Crook’s Hallow, the new area added for the Halloween event. You can be insta-teleported to Crook’s Hallow by interacting with the Frightful Mirror that you’ll find mysteriously deposited into your inventory upon logging in. Interacting with the Pumpkin King unlocks the two Spotlight quests associated with FischFright 2025.
Note that you must complete the Rune Tier quest and then return to the Pumpkin King and interact with him again in order to receive the Key Tier quest.
Spotlight 1: Rune Tier
To fulfil the requirements of the Rune Tier quest, you need to pick, carve, and deliver three pumpkins to the NPCs specified on the map.
Pumpkins can be found growing in the dedicated pumpkin patch in the Crook’s Hallow area, and carving stations are positioned all around the field.
Once you have picked and carved three pumpkins, the NPCs who want to receive them are located in the following areas:
- Sunstone Island
- Moosewood
- Roslit Bay
Your rewards for completing the Rune Tier quest are the Pumpkin Gatherer limited-time title; the Classic Pumpkin limited-time boat; and Jack’s Treads, a reusable item that allows you to increase your movement speed when travelling across land.
Spotlight 2: Key Tier
The second Pumpkin King quest requires you to catch five FischFright special event fish with the Spooky, Eerie, or Frightful mutations.
These fish can be caught from the pools within Crook’s Hallow, and it’s highly recommended that you use the event reward Spooky Rod to increase your chances of catching fish with the required mutations.

Your rewards for completing the Key Tier quest are the Hollowmaker limited-time title; the Ghosdeeri limited-time boat; and the Bat Glider, a reusable item that allows you to glide in mid-air. At the time of writing, the Bat Glider grants the fastest movement speed in the game!
