Skyroot Chests are a new addition to Grow a Garden, giving players another opportunity to craft and earn randomised rewards during the ongoing Beanstalk event, and given the rare pets and plants it can provide if you’re lucky. Fortunately for those of you keen to get as many Skyroot Chests as possible, there’s a few different ways to get your hands on them.
Here’s how to get Skyroot Chests in Grow a Garden and what chances you have of receiving each reward.
How to get Grow a Garden Skyroot Chests
First things first, to get your hands on Skyroot Chests in Grow a Garden, you want to help with growing the server’s Beanstalk by handing over specific plant types to event NPC Jack. For more on this, take a look at our guide to the Beanstalk event.
Once the Beanstalk has fully grown, you can climb (or teleport) to the top, where you’ll find the Giant, his Golden Goose, a Crafting Table, and some other items. It’s here where the Skyroot Chest-related magic happens.
Once atop the Beanstalk, here are the three methods for obtaining Skyroot Chests:
- Craft a Skyroot Chest at the Giant’s Crafting Table. This requires two Beanstalks, one Sprout Seed Pack, one Sprout Egg, and 7.5 million Sheckles, then takes 30 minutes to craft.
- Purchase a Skyroot Chest from the Giant’s Friendship Shop for 1.5 million Sheckles. You must have Friendship Level 2 with the Giant for it to be available; you can increase your Friendship Level by serving him cooked meals.
- Purchase an Exotic Skyroot Chest using 199 Robux from the Giant’s Friendship Shop. The reward chances for this chest are slightly different to the standard Skyroot Chest and this particular chest also is not available in certain countries.
