Nightmare Before Christmas-Themed Amazon Echo Dot Is 30% Off Ahead Of Halloween

Halloween is almost upon us, and if you’re looking to get into the festive swing of things, you can bring some nightmarish decor to your home with this Jack Skellington Echo Dot variant. Launched on October 8, these bundles are inspired by The Nightmare Before Christmas and feature the grinning and ghoulish face of Jack Skellington. Ahead of Halloween, Amazon is offering a 30% discount on bundles featuring the 5th Gen Echo Dot and the Jack Skellington shell, otherwise known as Jack Shellington. At $63 (was $90), the bundle only costs $13 more than the price of the 5th Gen Echo Dot on its own ($50). If you already own a 4th- or 5th-Gen Echo Dot, you can buy the shell separately for $40.

Amazon has three bundles available–Glacier White, Deep Blue Sea, and Charcoal–in case you’d like a splash of color after Halloween and you decide to remove the Skellington shell. Inside, you’ll find a 5th-Gen Echo Dot and the Jack Skellington shell.

Echo Dot smart speakers offer a range of handy features. You can play music, audiobooks, and podcasts from Amazon Music and other platforms, sync your phone up to it via Bluetooth, and use Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant. The Dot also works with other types of smart home devices from both Amazon and other brands, and you can program it to control compatible devices with your voice. Essentially, the Echo Dot can be a smart home hub, and this limited-edition model is also a fitting decoration as we head into the holiday season.

The Jack Skellington Echo Dot isn’t the only cool new Nightmare Before Christmas product. Lego recently released the first-ever Lego set inspired by Tim Burton’s beloved film. A new edition of the official manga adaptation releases on Halloween, and you can preorder the paperback book now for only $16. A collector’s edition version of Zero’s Journey, an official Nightmare Before Christmas sequel, was published on October 8 and is discounted to $45.
