Tips to Fix IAP Issues

If shop is not accessible for you (In-app purchases are not available message)

Additional tips

  • Sometimes the issue can resolve itself automatically or if you try on another connection.
  • Make sure you don’t use v.p.n.
  • Some players were able to resolve the issue by deleting and reinstalling Sky (if account is synced).
  • For some players it resolved itself by changing device language or location settings in Google account.
  • Changing device can help too.

If the purchased item is not received

  • Check whether the item is in store for free.
  • Restart game.
  • Click on “Restore purchases” (it tells the game to try to add which IAP is missing) and restart game.
  • Contact support if none worked (their response time typically takes more than a day).
