How does the security system work?

In order to create a positive gaming environment for our players, we have implemented strict anti-cheat measures. We have a zero-tolerance policy toward cheating and other forms of misceonduct. If you encounter issues such as cheating, verbal abuse, or AFK, you can report the offending players in-game or contadct Support.

What actions are taken after reporting?

We appreciate your contribution to maintaining a secure gaming environment and understand your concern about the outcome of your report. We will take action as soon as we verify the relevant information. If we confirm a violation, the offending player will receive appropriate punishments.

How do I report violations?

If you encounter violations during a match, you can report offendingplayers in the post-match settlement interface and provide details. Outside of matches, you can report offending pllayers via the Personal Information interface.

How can I avoid my account being suspended or banned?

  • Please refrain from cheating or actions that harm other players (please refer to the Terms of Service).
  • Please do not share your account. Trading, sharing, or gifting accounts violates our Terms of Service. Only one participant should be able to utilize each account.
  • Please refrain from purchasing accounts from third parties. You will never gain ownership of a purchased account, and it may already be permanently banned. Account purchasing carries great risks, and we cannot provide support for such accounts.

Why has my account been banned/suspended after it was hacked?

If the actions of an account negatively impact the game and/or other players, said account may be banned or suspended.

Therefore, please do not share your account with anyone else as it may lead to misuse. If an account is found to be cheating or harming other players, said account may be suspended or permanently banned

Can suspended accounts be reinstated?

Navigator, whether your account can be unbanned depends on your individual in-game behavior. Accounts will be automatically unbanned once the ban period expires. However, permanent bans may be imposed for severe violations.

Why has my account been banned?

If your account is involved in cheating or actions that harm other players (please refer to the Terms of Service, we will conduct a thorough investigation and take appropriate action.

I chose the wrong country when registering, which resulted in my failure to register an account successfully or make an in-game purchase. What should I do?

I selected the wrong country during registration. Can I change it?

Please rest assured that all in-game features are equally accessible to players across all Servers. If the in-game currency in the shop does not match the typical currency of your country, you will see the correct amount in your local currency during the checkout process.

Please verify the amount before making any payments Due to technical constraints, we can not rapidly handle navigators’ requests to change the registration country. Our game development team is facilitating the launch of a self-service function for navigators to change their registration country. However, this will take some time, and we sincerely hope you can wait for the function to be released.
