Build Order Guide: Run for Unlocks

If you can’t complete the start due to unlocks, just follow the build order. You’ll die earlier, but you’ll farm unlocks to do it again later.

Day 1
- Pause game.
- (Be aware, we need two big patches and a little path as close together as possible for the Farm/Well/Brewery combo.)
- Tavern (near berries, but don’t block good spots for Quarry/Lumberyard).
- Lumberyard near trees.
- House – closest to where the Quarry will go later.
- Grab +3 wheat from the map.
- Unpause.
- Buy Monk.
- Quarry next to stone.
- -2 Quarry / 1 Lumberyard-
- As soon as the two Quarry workers leave the Quarry to get stone, take them off Quarry and put three on Lumberyard (we only need two stone).
- Upgrade Castle.
- Grab +2 gold from the map.
- Upgrade Castle.
Day 2 (Clown)
- House.
- Sawmill.
- -1 Lumberyard / 2 Tavern / 1 Sawmill-
Day 3 (Deathpriest)
- Church.
- Upgrade Church – boost Lumberyard.
- -3 Lumberyard / 1 Tavern-
Day 4 (Jester)
- House.
- -1 Lumberyard / 1 Sawmill / 2 Quarry / 1 Tavern-
Day 5 (Runescribe)
- Upgrade Lumberyard.
Day 6 (Vampire)
- Fisherhut.
- Port.
- -1 Lumberyard / 1 Sawmill / 1 Quarry / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
Day 7 (Boss)
- Swordsman.
- If you have access to the siege workshop on the left side of the map – I bought Bone Golem, suggest you buy something useful.
- Remember to do the Ritual at the Church for evolution chance.
Day 8 (Marksman)
- Walls.
- -2 Lumberyard / 1 Quarry / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
Day 9 (Efreet)
- Upgrade Knight (Damage).
- Farm.
- -2 Farm / 1 Quarry / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
- Upgrade Swordsman.
- -3 Farm / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
Day 10 (Halfling)
- Switch your Taxes to Faith.
- Stables.
- Buy Mule for 0 food.
- -1 Lumberyard / 1 Sawmill / 1 Farm / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
Day 11 (Shaman)
- Upgrade Quarry.
- Upgrade Farm.
- -2 Quarry / 1 Farm / 1 Tavern / 1 Port-
Day 12 (Ghoul)
- Upgrade Monk.
Day 13 (Magus)
- Hunters Hut.
- When you run out of berries:
- -2 Lumberyard / 1 Farm / 1 Hunters Hut / 1 Port-
- Buy Crossbowman.
- Upgrade Crossbowman.
- -1 Lumberyard / 1 Sawmill / 1 Farm / 1 Hunters Hut / 1 Port-
Day 14 (Boss)
- Goldmine.
- -2 Goldmine / 1 Farm / 1 Hunters Hut / 1 Port-
Day 15 (Cyclops)
- If you have access to the siege workshop on the left side of the map – buy something useful.
- Upgrade Monk.
- -2 Goldmine / 1 Lumberyard / 1 Hunters Hut / 1 Port-
- Upgrade Hunters Hut.
Day 16 (Bee)
- Upgrade Knight.
- Switch Taxes to Gold.
- Upgrade House.

Day 17 (Banshee)
- Upgrade Crossbowman.

Day 18 (Berserk)
- Upgrade House.
