Can’t See Asia (Any) Region Issue [Solved]
Step-by-Step Instruction:
- Step #1: Open the Launcher.
- Step #2: Click your username in the top right, it will be automatically generated if not changed.
- Step #3: Click “Account Center”.
- Step #4: Confirm your account region is set to your country / an Asian country.
- Step #5: If not, go to step 5.1, if correct, go to step 5.2
Step #5.1: You have two options, you can create a ticket and ask for your region to be changed. This may take a few days due to demand.
- Or, you can create a new account, in an Asian country. I can’t guarantee this’ll work, as it is based on speculation.
- You may have more luck doing the above step, in combination with an Asian VPN. Again, speculation.
Step #5.2: I’d advise ensuring your game is up-to-date, and restarting the game fully. If you still don’t see it, perhaps waiting a little longer (due to a rolling rollout), or reach out to support if it is not available in the next few hours.
There are rumours that there is a combination of both account region locking, and IP geolocating. You may need to ensure your account is the correct region, and use an Asian VPN if this is the case, and you’re outside of Asia
