Tears of Themis Episode 15: Sin and Retribution walkthrough

Unlike its siblings on HoYoverse’s live service roster – all of which get updated every six, seven, or eight weeks according to a regular and predictable schedule – big Tears of Themis updates only tend to occur three or four times a year.

Furthermore, those of us outside of China are a year behind the domestic release, another major difference that means we’re in the odd position of always kind-of knowing what’s coming up but never being quite sure when we’re going to see the next localised episode until it arrives.

Well, good news: Tears of Themis Episode 15: Sin and Retribution is now available for all players globally as of late August 2025.

As the sixth chapter of the Gladiolus Valley arc – itself the second main story arc in ToT – Sin and Retribution doesn’t offer anything so firm as a conclusion just yet, but does provide the next trail of lore breadcrumbs we’ve been waiting patiently for since Episode 14 debuted in two parts between January and April of this year.

Tears of Themis Episode 15-21: Negotiation answers

Negotiation works slightly differently to other investigative conversations in Tears of Themis, in that there’s actually a good reason to pick the wrong options first in order to receive the maximum currency rewards for the stage.

However, if you want to pick the correct option first time (or, conversely, ensure you don’t pick the correct option and advance the story until you’ve seen all alternative dialogues), here are the wrong answers for each negotiation phase:
