Alternate Characters Guide

You have completed the game with one character and are itching to try the others. This is your one stop shop for all things about the alternate characters.
How to Unlock the 2 Missing Heroes:
To unlock the other Heroes you have to complete optional missions in the graveyard. Once you have completed the optional mission, the corresponding Hero will be waiting in town. You can switch to them by talking to them.
How to Level the Alternate Heroes:
There are three main methods commonly used to level alternate Heroes. The Methods are ordered by speed (slowest to fastest) and difficulty (easiest to hardest).
Plain Ultimatum
The obvious one. Equip the Experience Ultimatum and run Battlefield Expeditions or Forge at the lowest difficulty. This is the easiest but also slowest method. Note that Ultimatum overrides all experience bonuses including those from difficulty, so make sure to switch it out once you get to Wrath 7.
Trainee Reaper
Talk to Cory in Town and forge the Trainee Reaper (if you really only want to level forge the primordial version). Then head to the Mage Academy, check”Match my Level” at the bottom (if it is there), and select the Temppopatamus Bastion Mission.
Rush through the level until you reach the 3 Chaos Breaches at the end and complete those. Repeat the Mission until you can handle Wrath 4. Then head to the Forge and open 6 gates, repeat until you reach max level.
Elder Reaper of the Slorm Temple
This strategy requires you to have maxed out your Elder Slorm Capacity and be at Maximum Elder Slorm. Head to Olorin and purchase the Elder Reaper of the Slorm Temple. Then head to the Mage Academy, check “Match my Level” at the bottom and select the Temppopatamus Bastion Mission.
Rush through the level until you reach the 3 Chaos Breaches at the end and complete those. Do this maybe one to three times. Then head to Battlefield Expeditions, select Wrath 10 and blast away. Equipping the Movement Speed Ultimatum helps speed you up.
