Upcoming “slow life” sim Heartopia is currently in its final beta test lasting between December 10-23, 2025, ahead of its anticipated 2026 release. If you’ve been playing, you might have noticed a “redeem code” function has appeared – and as any regular player of live-service games will know, this means that there are definitely some freebies in the offing.
I’m not here to waste your time, so I’ll tell you up-front that there are currently no codes you can redeem in Heartopia – this seems to be just a placeholder for a feature that will presumably be present in the full release next year, perhaps visible now because what we’re seeing in this latest beta is quite close to the real-deal UI from the finished game.
Nevertheless, search data suggests that players are – quite reasonably – wondering what’s going on in light of this information, so on this page we’ll explain everything we know about Heartopia codes so far. Then later on, once there are some actual codes to report on, we’ll convert this page into a proper Heartopia codes list.
What are Heartopia codes?
Codes are offered by developers and publishers as free gifts for players who log in to their games. These codes are usually released via official social media accounts, and can be redeemed in exchange for a variety of rewards.
Given Heartopia’s focus on cosy life and social simulation activities, expect future codes to award you with the various currencies, cosmetics, and consumables you encounter in the game.
We’ve said it before but just to reiterate, there are currently no codes available to redeem in Heartopia. However, we’ll update this page with some as soon as they’re revealed.
How to redeem codes in Heartopia
In order to use the code redemption function in Heartopia, you need to follow these steps:
- Open the Watch, your in-game tablet feature that grants access to the game’s various menus, by pressing TAB (on PC) or tapping on the smartphone icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Note that unlike in many games, this function is available as soon as you begin the game, and you don’t need to clear any quests to unlock it.
Fortunately in this instance, most of your progress from the beta tests won’t carry over to the full release of Heartopia, so you don’t need to worry too much about missing out on freebies just yet.
