Many major video games have completed one or more adaptations. Netflix is driving the pack with his successful shows Arcane, The Witcher, Sonic Prime and DOTA: Dragons Blood, among other things, and Amazon Prime Video is developing an adaptation of the highly popular God of War franchise.

Ark: The Animated series follows a paleontologist as she attempts to survive on a strange land that contains prehistoric animals.

In 2023, the videogame adaptations will become even bigger. Twisted Metal, Halo, The Witcher, Arcane and Gran Turismo will all be released at various times of the year. Currently, there is a new feature with Ark: The Animated Series is due out sometime in 2023.

Ark: The Animated Series was originally announced in 2020 at the Games Awards in 1960. For the next few years, the light went out, but no information was surfacing on the planned adaptation. Fortunately, a new trailer was released on the shows YouTube channel, confirming that the show is alive and well, and even though it’s delayed.

Ark: The Animated Series will feature animals and people from different times of human history. In this sweeping story, if we see a sandy flurry of human and hawaii’s allies, Helena Walker is resurrected after tragic death in the 21st century. He’ll learn from him to survive and find new enemies or die again at the hands of ruthless warlords – all while tumbling up their strange new world.

The Animated Series is based on The Wildcards game “Archives: Survival Evolved” from 2017. As with that movie, the show is produced by the duo of Jeremy Stieglitz and Jesse Rapczak. The brilliant animator, whose influential portfolio includes Justice League Dark and The Invincible Iron Man, directed the show.

The Ark: The Animated Series features a voice cast of stars in a concert, including Vin Diesel, Karl Urban, Michelle Yeoh, Russell Crowe and Gerard Butler.

The series features an ensemble of singers, madeline Madden, Monica Bellucci, Gerard Butler, Michelle Yeoh, Russell Crowe, Elliot Page, Vin Diesel, and David Tennant, and voicing their own Helena Walker, Cassia Virila, General Gaius Marcellus Nerva, Meiyin Li, Kor the Prophet, Victoria Walker, Santiago, and Sir Edmund Rockwell.

Vin Diesel was the executive producer, and not only gave his voice to the series, but also the producers. He will also star in the sequel to the original game, Ark II, with Moanas Aulil Cravalho. The game is developing and is going to be launched sometime in 2023 on Xbox Game Pass via Early Access.

While the Animated Series is slated for 2023 release date, there isn’t any information about its official date of release, nor the streaming platform that will host it.
