Before the future release of Ant-Man and Wasp: Quantumania in 2023, writer Jeff Loveness found his next project in Marvel Studios. Deadline suggests that Loveness officially became the new film, Avengers: The Kang Dynasty. The project will have him and Jonathan Majors titular villain. They’ll make their official grand debut in next yearQuantumania.
Avengers: The Kang Dynasty is expected to be directed by Shanghai-Chi filmmaker Destin Daniel Cretton, who is currently working on the live-action adaptation of Wonderman from Marvel Studios.The film is currently set to debut in theaters on May 2, 2025, then shortly before 7:2025.
According to Kevin Feige, the two movies are currently planned to be the final entries in Phase six of the MCU, which will begin with the introduction of the Fantastic Four into the MCU.
