Sylus’ Chaotic Velocity Memoria date is unlocked when you obtain his Memory of the same name. Chaotic Velocity is a 4-star (Lunar/Amber) Memory that is available from the standard wish pool, so long-time players are highly likely to see this one come up at some point just by interacting with the gacha enough.
While Memoria dates associated with 4-star Memories are often light on interaction spots, Chaotic Velocity still manages to be unusual by playing out in visual novel form, with minimal input from the player other than advancing the dialogue. This means that you can just sit back and enjoy the ride – pun intended – as Sylus and the heroine get themselves embroiled in a motorcycle street-race of dubious legality. All in good fun, of course; Memoria dates don’t tend to involve anything too fraught and perilous.
