While Love and Deepspace features many, many different types of date for your protagonist to enjoy with her love interest(s) of choice, Myth dates are arguably the biggest deal in terms of both the effort you need to put in to fully unlock them, and the lore you get out in return.
If you’ve come far enough in LaDS’ story to be opening up Myths, you’ve hopefully realised by now that a major theme of the game is reincarnation, with a lot of fated meetings between lovers who are reborn over and over again in different times and places, and who may or may not remember each other when this happens. If not, you may want to get comfortable with that idea before starting Zayne’s Tower of Secrets Myth story arc, since it shows a very different and seemingly more sinister version of mild-mannered Dr Zayne – and our usually open and honest heroine – than the ones you’re used to from the main story.
With that in mind, read on below for everything you need to know about how to unlock Zayne’s Tower of Secrets date in Love and Deepspace, as well as how to complete Chapter 1 and unlock Chapter 2.
Love and Deepspace: Tower of Secrets (Chapter 1) walkthrough
Zayne’s Tower of Secrets Myth date unlocks when you obtain either Forever Sealed or Promise Everlasting, two of his 5-Star (Solar/Sapphire) Memories. Together, they make up the Myth Memory pair for Zayne that is available as part of the game’s standard wish pool, although their high rarity means that it might take you some time to obtain either — although 5-Star Wish Crates can help speed up the process by giving you the freedom to select a non-event-exclusive Myth Memory of your choosing.
However, be aware that unlike other date types, obtaining a Myth memory only unlocks Chapter 1 of a nine-part storyline. See below for information on how to unlock the next chapter.
There are no branching choices to be made in Chapter 1 of Tower of Secrets, so only one playthrough is required to see everything before moving on. Here is every interaction you need to complete:

How to unlock Tower of Secrets (Chapter 2)
Upon finishing Chapter 1 of Tower of Secrets, you’ll be prompted to unlock Chapter 2 using a Myth Shard.
Said Myth Shard is exclusive to the Tower of Secrets storyline, and the one needed to unlock the second chapter can be obtained in one of two ways:
- Pull the second half of the relevant Memory pair (Forever Sealed/Promise Everlasting) from the gacha, or select it from a 5-Star Wish Crate
- Ascend either Forever Sealed or Promise Everlasting past Level 20
Performing either action will award you with a Tower of Secrets Myth Shard, allowing you to unlock the next chapter in the storyline.
Note that there are no immediate rewards for chapter completion when playing through Tower of Secrets, but upon finishing the ninth and final chapter, you will receive 100 Diamonds and the Flower Girl Title Suffix.
