Guide to Blood Mage Chaos DoT Build

This build seeks to capitalize off of all of the Chaos damage at our disposal on our Passive Board couple with our curses to create a powerful DoT build that is great for Mobbing as well as Bossing!
We don’t take Open Sores so that we can take advantage of Impending Doom against enemies that live long enough for it to trigger, increasing the effectiveness of Despair and further increasing our Chaos Damage.

Gameplay Tips:
Don’t invest in Blasphemy until you have the Whispers of Doom Node unlocked. You’ll just be eating into your Spirit which is better spent on more Warriors early on.
You can get an extra source of chaos damage from Skeletal Archers, but you have you remember to activate their skill which can feel clunky for not too much added damage. You also lose the frontline aspect of of Skeletal Warriors which will like result in added stress and loss of survivability.
Be sure to NOT invest in the Sanguimancy Node until you can get the Life Leech nodes that follow. You will just kill yourself casting Despair as the cost of the spell with the three nodes early on is 255 HP and MP which will cause you to chug potions way more than necessary.
Skill Rotation:
- Contagion (until satisfied)
- Essence Drain
- Despair
- Dark Effigy (between you and the mobs)
- Unearth (as mobs die)
- Chaos Bolt
- Watch them Die
