The California federal court approved a peace agreement between CD Projekt RED and Cyberpunk 2077 investors who have been sued by the game company because of the unsatisfactory quality of the game.

In a case that was filed in California, the US District Court alleged that the release of Cyberpunk 2077 was unplayable and that investors suffered financial damage because of the release of CD Project RED, which forced many irate gamers to refund.

According to Law360, under the terms of the settlement, CD Projekt RED will pay 1,85 million dollars to the investors group, but reserves the right to not accept such a particular charge in the lawsuit.
