400% Hailey Mobbing and Dungeon Bossing Build Guide

Been running around with this in 400%s as Hailey. Cryogenic Cluster Shot is great for softening grouped up enemies. I pair this with a Thundercage for more explosions. With this setup, the Cluster Shots can generally kill the weak goons with a single ice shot (Hailey moon shadowing Sharen and her electric daggers lol).

Also, something that isn’t directly mentioned is the Cryogenic 25% gun dmg increase effect can stack on top of Storm Snare’s Cryo 50% gun dmg increase effect, which means Hailey’s Zenith skill is dishing out 75% more gun dmg instead of 50% with Cryo alone. This is great for quickly killing the bosses in the end room that do not die with a single storm snare blast.

My reactor of choice for mobbing, which is focused on dmg, more so. I will say that extra cooldown on the reactor is always great to have in dungeon content since it allows you to pop Hailey’s Storm Snare and Cryogenic shot more often.

What I use for my Thunder Cage:

This is mostly going for highest dmg per shot, and a lot of the gold mods for smgs are kinda dookie. Sweeping Squad is an acceptable replacement for a weakpoint mod if you struggle with getting headshots.

For my Piercing Light:

Note that Special Sight is an acceptable replacement for Weakpoint Expansion if you plan on hitting more than 5 headshots in a 10 second span since 140%/5=28%, which is less than Special Sight’s consistent 30% weakpoint dmg.

For external componets, a good mix for survivability is 3 646 HP components and one 4683 def component. Of course, getting gold HP roll on the battery and gold def on the memory is a plus. Since Hailey likes to use MP in this build, getting MP recovery out of combat, Max MP, MP recovery in combat, and MP recovery modifier are great, too.

This one’s for fun, but this setup can be used for solo bossing. I single-phased Swamp Walker solo with a similar setup. Just swap out HP collector for Dangerous ambush.
