On Twitter, developer Turtle Rock Studios has finally announced the date and title for Back 4 Blood’s upcoming DLC expansion. “Children of the Worm,” the second expansion, is set to release on August 30 across PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms.
The expansion introduces a new playable Cleaner, “Prophet” Dan, a gun-slinging self-proclaimed preacher looking to save humanity, and a brand-new story campaign within a creepy cult compound. Additionally, there are new enemy threats on the way, eight exclusive character skins, and 8-bit weapon skins. Also, players can start using bear traps and an all-new Lockjaw weapon on August 30 to fight back against enemy forces.
