If you’ve spent some time exploring the district of Casterfell Woods in Atomfall, the likelihood is that you may have crossed paths with mysterious herbalist, Mother Jago, and come across the grand Castle Ruins located in the Druid’s Camp. There’s plenty of hostile Druids here, but there’s also plenty of loot, and the locked Castle Grounds Hut.
In need of the Castle Grounds Hut Key, this particular shack is home to some additional loot for you to get your mitts on. To help you do just that, here’s where to find and use the Castle Grounds Hut Key in Atomfall.
Where to find and use the Castle Grounds Hut Key in Atomfall
Atomfall’s Castle Grounds Hut Key is found on a corpse near Datlow Hall in Casterfell Woods. To get to the corpse, however, you will need to run into a small but highly infectious area.
To get there, go to the locked garage near Datlow Hall’s Conservatory that has a broken-down car beside it. If you look very carefully, you’ll see a small gap between the garage and the car that you can squeeze through. Once through the gap, continue straight ahead and up the hill, and you’ll soon see the infectious area.
To get through the area safely, you ideally want some Painkillers or a bottle of Strange Tonic, and make sure your HP bar is full. With the defensive buff that Painkillers provides, or the infection resistance that Strange Tonic provides, you will be able to quickly run over to the corpse, loot the key off of its body, and leave.
In the infectious area, ignore the scientist corpse that is at the entrance. Instead, keep right to come to a small alcove where a Druid corpse can be found. Loot their body to retrieve the Castle Grounds Hut Key.
Once you have the Castle Grounds Hut Key in your possession, you want to pay a visit to the Druid’s Camp in the south of Casterfell Woods. Here, you will find the Castle Grounds Hut just left of the grand front entrance to the Castle Ruins.
Inside the Castle Grounds Hut, you will find some crafting supplies, food, and a BARD Crate that contains a Training Stimulant, some poison, and some ammo.
