All Achievements Guide
This guide explains how to unlock every achievement in The Incident at Galley House.
Warning: Full story spoilers ahead.
Story Progression Achievements
Seance
Unlock your first scene by entering any valid code into the machine.
Persistence
Enter an invalid code, then enter the same incorrect code again.
Machine Supervisor / Researcher / Technical Engineer
These achievements unlock automatically as you progress through the story and restore power to the generator.
Death Note
Open Reminders above the character status panel, select the Skull icon, and confirm while viewing a timecode where a character dies.
House Tour
View at least one scene in every room of Galley House. This unlocks naturally during normal progression.
Full House
Unlock every location in the Locations tab by correctly identifying each room.

- AT – Attic
- BI – Billiard Room
- CH – Chapel
- DI – Dining Room
- ED – Eddie’s Room
- EN – Entrance
- HE – Helen’s Room
- KI – Kitchen
- LI – Living Room
- MA – Martha’s Room
- OS – Oswald’s Room
- QU – Quail Lane
- ST – Study
- TO – Tony’s Room
- VI – Victoria’s Room
- WI – Wintercote
TYPE HE-L-P
Request help from the machine.
Method 1:
- Open the People tab.
- Manually rename two character slots to L and P.
- Enter the code:
Method 2 (early game only):
- Rename four character slots to H, E, L, and P.
- Enter any valid time and room, for example:
This alternative method no longer works after identifying Person 12 and/or Person K and viewing their scenes.
Hidden and Endgame Achievements
Inciting Incident
Learn the identity and fate of Person 12.

Not Over Yet
Learn the identity and fate of Person K.

25-WI-K
A Shocking Revelation
Complete the original TYPE HE-L-P sequence and continue into the new Galley House content. The achievement unlocks automatically after discovering the body.
Still Alive
After obtaining Admin Access, attempt to view a scene containing only living people.
Example:
Hallucination
View the game’s final scene.
Scene code:
Spectronoeticist
View every scene in the game.
If the final scene is the last one you are missing, Hallucination and Spectronoeticist will unlock at the same time.
