Here’s where to track down all 10 of Nurse May’s missing vials for her quest as part of the Valentides 2 event in Fisch.
Hearts are aflutter for Valentine’s Day in Fisch, and Nurse May is in town to check that it’s just because of seasonal spirit. The only problem is that a mighty gust of wind scattered her vials of medicine all over the entire sea as she was setting up shop in Cupid’s realm.
To return the 10 vials for Nurse May’s quest, you need to visit 10 different locations across the whole of the regular Fisch map. So you can take home the Nurse’s unique rewards, here’s what you need to do!
Fisch Nurse Quest Vial locations
Scoria Reach Nurse Vial
On the new island of Scora Reach, the Nurse’s vial is located on one of the spires on the volcano at the back of the island.
Hold jump to scale the side of the mountain, and you find the vial on the spire closest to the Ashbrook town, on the front of the volcano at X: -5421.2, Y: 536.8, Z: -1531.9.
Lost Jungle Nurse Vial
In the Lost Jungle, you find the vial on the way to where you get the Verdant Shear Rod above the town, underneath a giant mushroom at -2902.5, 258.4, -2176.9.
It’s just above the Angler.
Grand Reef Nurse Vial
The vial in the Grand Reef is easy to find, just go to the pirate ship in the east of the area and it’s next to the stern.
Forsaken Shores Nurse Vial
On the Forsaken Shores, you find the vial on top of the mountain above the skull rock formation.
Climb the wooden ladders, to get high on the mountain, then the vial is next to a rope bridge at the top.
Roslit Bay Nurse Vial
In Roslit Bay, the vial is found at the Orc’s camp around the back of the volcano at -1837.7, 165.5, 178.6.
The easiest way to get there is to head over to Glorp and take a left to hop around the side of the island until you see a tent.
Castaway Cliffs Nurse Vial
On the Castaway Cliffs, the vial is overlooking the pirate ship that’s wrecked near the Firefly Rod.
You find the vial at 483.2, 215.4, -1695.6.
Mushgrove Swamp Nurse Vial
The vial in the swamp is found next to the rocks at the back of the island, most easily accessed via the sea than the swamp itself, at 2841.5, 132.9, -961.8.
Ancient Isle Nurse Vial
On the Ancient Isle, climb to the top of the mountain where you see the waterfall in the middle of the island. The vial is then on the suspended planks off the side of the mountain at 6045.2, 394.8, 587.2.
Snowcap Island Nurse Vial
On Snowcap Island, the vial is inside the same cave as the lost fishing rod from that early-game quest.
It’s located at 2879.8, 138, 2723.4, but you need to go in from the outside of the cave at sea level. You just need to go left from the Shipwright.
Terrapin Island Nurse Vial
Finally, on Terrapin Island the vial is in the underwater cave.
Look for the cultist and purple eye on a tree on the outside of the island and there’s an opening you can enter to get the vial below them.
With all of the vials in-hand, return to the Valentides 2 event area and speak to Nurse May for the next part of your quest!
